Job Description
The Role
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer based in Vietnam who is eager to learn about the unique design styles and cultural nuances of the Japanese market. This part-time, flexible role is project-based, offering you the opportunity to work on diverse design projects while receiving training on Japanese aesthetics and design preferences.
What You’ll Do
Create visually compelling designs for various marketing materials (social media graphics, brochures, banners, etc.).
Adapt existing branding and design concepts to suit Japanese market preferences and cultural nuances.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, and strategy) to ensure design elements align with campaign goals.
Maintain brand consistency across all design projects and deliverables.
Stay updated on trends in design and advertising, particularly within the Japanese market.
What You Need
Proven experience in graphic design (portfolio required).
Japanese language proficiency at N3 level or higher (reading, writing, basic communication).
Proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt designs for cross-cultural audiences.
Willingness to learn about Japanese aesthetic standards and design best practices.
Effective communication skills for remote collaboration.
